Chai Pancakes

CHAI SPICE PANCAKES & high fibre! For #pancakeday

For this recipe, we used pancake flour from @wherethepancakesare (where they also have @chaibymira chai on the menu!)

INGREDIENTS:
- 50g or 3 tablespoons flour (can use a mix of blended oats & almond flour or just blended oats instead)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon chai (I used the Ayurvedic flavour for extra kick, but classic works just as well)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon if you want it extra cinnamony
- 1/4 teaspoon soda by bicarbonate
- 70ml almond milk or any milk
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed,
- Some coconut oil to cook

TOPPINGS:
- Frozen cherries
- Whipped cream or even thick yoghurt
- Additional chai spice on top

METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients together, ladle the mix into a hot frying pan with a little coconut oil, fry, top and enjoy!
